Sash Social specializes primarily in paid advertising and performance marketing services, including but not limited to:

  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaign creation and management

  • Google Ads campaign management (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)

  • Audience research and targeting strategy

  • Ad creative direction and copywriting

  • Funnel and conversion strategy

  • Campaign optimization and performance monitoring

  • Pixel, tracking and analytics setup

  • Retargeting and scaling strategies

  • Reporting and performance analysis

Services may be offered on a monthly retainer or project basis.

2. Advertising Spend

 

  • All ad spend is paid directly by the client to the advertising platform unless otherwise agreed.

  • The Company is not responsible for overspend caused by platform errors, billing issues, or client-approved budget changes.

  • The client remains fully responsible for all advertising charges incurred.

 

3. No Guaranteed Results

 

The Company does not guarantee:

  • Sales or revenue

  • Leads or conversions

  • Platform reach or visibility

  • ROI or campaign profitability

Advertising performance depends on numerous external factors outside our control.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

 

Clients must:

  • Provide timely access to ad accounts, platforms, and assets

  • Approve budgets, campaigns, and creatives before launch

  • Ensure products/services comply with platform advertising policies

  • Provide accurate and lawful claims in all materials

The Company is not liable for rejected ads or account restrictions caused by policy violations.

 

5. Third-Party Platforms

 

We are not responsible for:

  • Account bans or suspensions

  • Policy changes

  • Algorithm changes

  • Platform outages or billing failures

All advertising platforms operate independently of the Company.

6. Payments & Retainers

 

  • Retainers are billed in advance.

  • One-off projects require upfront payment unless agreed otherwise.

  • Deposits and completed service fees are non-refundable.

  • Services may be paused for late payment.

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

  • Website content belongs to Sunsets Abroad Media LLC.

  • Advertising materials created for clients are transferred only where agreed.

  • The Company may showcase non-confidential campaign work in portfolios.

 

8. Email & Contact Data

 

When submitting your details via the Website:

  • You consent to us storing your information

  • You consent to being contacted regarding services

  • Your data will not be sold or shared

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Florida law, Sunsets Abroad Media LLC shall not be liable for indirect, financial, or consequential losses arising from advertising performance or Website use.

 

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services where:

  • Payment obligations are breached

  • Platform policies are violated

  • Requests are unethical or unlawful

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
